My goal is to get back in shape. I have been working out nightly on my Gazelle and I love how I feel. At first I was so sore all of the time but now I feel the burn in my muscles and it feels good to me. I love how much more energy I have during the day, I love how it makes me sleep better at night. I can do it while watching tv so I don't stare at the timer and wonder when I will be done. It is my goal to do this every night of the week and so far I am doing really great :)

- I am now a 36 year old widow. Not sure how much things can change or how much they can change but let me tell you it can happen in the blink of an eye. The rug has been pulled from under me and I am struggling to pick myself and my kids up. I feel like sometimes, we have to be ready for when our plans and God's plans change what we think is going to happen. I am hopeful that our family's future includes Mark, my beloved husband, as much as we can.
